Tuesday Tips and Tools: The Guest List


I always tell my brides to make two guest lists for me - one list has all the guests' names in alphabetical order with their table number/meal selection beside the name, while the other list will have guests' names/meal selection grouped by table number.  This makes it SUPER easy for planners to see where guests are seated (if they lost their escort card) or double check that people are seated at their correct table (if there are more people than seats).
